  • Add 1 tbsp Purple Powder to a 40 oz blender
  • Add 2 tbsp Premium Golden Flax Seed
  • Add ½ banana
  • Add 8 oz. orange juice
  • Add 4 oz. cran-grape juice
  • Blend on high until smooth
  • Enjoy!!!

  • Add fresh or frozen strawberries to 20 oz line of a 40 oz blender Fill to cover with plain or vanilla soymilk or dairy milk Blend until smooth
  • Add ½ to one block (12.3 oz) of Mori-Nu silken tofu
  • Use ½ block for thinner smoothie
  • Use 1 block for thicker and higher protein smoothie
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add 1 heaping tablespoon of Purple Powder

  • Add your choice of sweetener to taste (stevia leaf, honey, other sweeteners)
  • Blend until mixed
